Hi all, my husband (USC) and I (Canadian) filed our i-130 in February and had planned to do consular processing. Circumstances have changed and since coming to the US a few weeks ago, we've decided that it's best I switch to AOS. We're completing the i-485 and I've listed my current address as our US address (I'm on the lease) BUT on my i-130 I had listed my Canadian address. Should my current address on the i485 be the US address that I'm currently at? And is it ok to notify USCIS of my address change now (weeks after arriving)- I did not have the intent to stay so could not have notified them sooner (I don't have an online account, never received my own I-797C but my husband did)?
