I am on a F1 opt visa on my stem extension my ead is expiring on June 1st 2025 and my f1 visa is expiring in 2028. I am getting married to my girlfriend who is a us citizen in December and we are filing in January for my green card. I have a few questions 1. Can you walk me through how to apply for green card and green card ead in January? 2. If my green card ead doesn’t arrive by June 1st what should I do, can I apply for a day 1 CPT while waiting for my green card ead?
