Hi all, first time poster in need of some help. I have been offered a relocation for the company I work for in the UK, to the US where they're based. I had seen this opportunity coming for a while, so a couple months ago, I requested an ACRO certificate. When I was 16, I was arrested and no further action was taken. My ACRO came back as "No Trace". From what I understand, this means my Police National Computer is clear, but I have submitted a Subject Access Request to verify this but I need to provide my employers a response soon. I guess I am wondering if my visa would be successful with my ACRO saying "No Trace" without mentioning the arrest at 16? Do the US conduct checks of the PNC or rely on the ACRO as proof?
