Though we've sent numerous emails to the embassy and website as well as several helpdesk tickets K1 is still not an option. I even called the customer service line and was walked through the process for them to also be surprised K1 was not option. Their response was to submit a helpdesk ticket. This is extremely frustrating since there is no feedback beyond telling me to stop submitting tickets on the same issue however I don't know what else to do. The I-129f petition expires on 22 February 2025 and soon so will the DS-160. I feel quite frustrated and somewhat disheartened.
