  1. Upload any new evidence since filing the AOS. Take copies of initial evidence and additional evidence since filing with you to your interview. I uploaded additional evidence 1-2 days before my interview. During the interview the ISO did say that she noticed that I had uploaded it and that they had looked it as well.
  2. I filed for the I-131 just in case and it got approved about a month and a half after filing along with the I-765 so I got an EAD/AP combo card for it. My AOS interview was about a month after the EAD/AP combo card approval
  3. Thank you for the update. Glad they were able to help your fiance with this
  4. This isn't something I'm familiar with as when I did the process and had my interview last August the documents were checked on the same day but looking online it seems that you need a new interview appointment scheduled if you didn't attend the document review. You could contact the embassy but looking at your timeline it looks like the interview is today so he wouldn't get a response in time. I am interested to know what the result of this situation was though. Keep us posted.
  5. Yeah I would as well if I was in that situation
  6. Personally I wouldn't travel until I had the green card physically in hand. When we went to Wyoming last month I used the EAD to travel (as it's a form of Real ID) but that was the week before the week of my AOS interview and the approval. I received the green card around 12 days after my interview.
  7. My wife was at the SSA yesterday for an appointment so she asked on my behalf and she got told that I needed to book an appointment to update the SSN card. So I rang the local SSA office and booked an appointment for in 3 weeks time.
  8. Just curious here but did you get the USCIS notification to say she was approved or is this based on them verbally saying she was approved?
  9. Just received my green card today as well
  10. Passed my driving test today and got a temporary State Driving License for now. Hopefully the card comes in the post in a couple of weeks

  12. Got a notification yesterday to say that the card has been produced
  13. Got a notification yesterday to say that the card has been produced
  14. Yes it said that on my notice as well so I think it is a generic statement for everyone
  15. They don't give you the documents from the sealed K1 package back at POE
  16. As @MalloryCat says it depends on the state. In California I needed my EAD in order to apply for a State Driving License
  17. I was advised to go to the SSA office about 2 weeks after travelling here when applying for the SSN just to allow time for the immigration and SSA systems to correspond with each other (that was my understanding anyway).
  18. It took me about 3 weeks to receive mine and I was told to contact them if it had been more than 4 weeks
