    this happened to me as well. I emailed the DS-160 and the visa fee 1 week ago but I haven't received any email to schedule the interview. Does anyone know how long does it take time? I received the welcome letter on 4th June. thank you.

    Thank you for your help. I sent another email yesterday and received the same automated response advising me to use the navigator I haven't send any email with a new subject yet, was hoping someone can help me out I am hopeful to receive a response tomorrow.

    In the letter for subject line of the email says to enter 122- and then the case number. However after I sent the email, I received an automatic email about using the visa navigator. If I don't use it, they won't answer my email. After using the visa navigator, the website indicates that I should send the email with a different subject. so I don't know what should I do right now.

    I paid the visa fee, and sent the email, but received a response stating that I must use the visa navigator, otherwise, they won't answer my email. I used the navigator, and it instructed me to send an email with a different subject they did not mention that in the letter. It's been a week since I sent the confirmation and DS-160. Due to some personal reasons, I have scheduled the interview for next month. I have all the necessary documents and am just waiting for the interview and get a medical examination. Thank you for the offer, but I'm not Dutch and I understand English clearly. However, both my fiance and I missed the part about emailing the embassy.

    yeah, it's been a couple of weeks since I received the letter. I know that. I sent the document to the email they said. that's why I'm confused they did not mention anything about visa navigator in the letter.

    Hello, I'm trying to schedule an appointment for an interview for a K1 visa in Frankfurt. I sent the confirmation and the DS-160. After that, I received an automatic email stating that I must use visa navigator. If I don't use it, they will not answer my email. I used the navigator, but after that, it says I have to send a new email with a new subject 77. I'm a bit confused. Should I send the new email or should I wait? It's been a week since I sent the email. Thank you.

    OH thank you. I submitted it 4 days ago. I just realized that I didn't email the DS-160 to the embassy. 😓

    @Rosaly How long did it take to book the interview? Was it easy to get the interview, or was it busy? We scheduled the interview for July 22, but we have not received any confirmation yet. I-129F- First of septemer USIS: submitted mid-September USIS: proved mid-April two weeks after proved of NVC case was ready may received the embassy letter beginning of June waiting to hear the proof of the interview.
