  1. Yes, they will send a copy to you, the consulate, and your attorney, if you retained one, through email. They will also send a physical copy in the mail of your I-797 to you and your fiancé.
  2. I think the crisis is averted. I found it attached to an email from March 20th from the USCIS. They will send you the approved form when it is approved and instructions for the next step in getting embassy interview and medical exam. Be sure to copy that one for sure!
  3. Yes but it does me no good without the top portion of it filled out by the USCIS with the approved stamp. See attached. She showed them her I-797 but they want this portion and I never got it.
  4. My fiancé went to her Bangkok embassy interview and was told she needed a stamp approved I-129f form despite having an I-797 form. How do I get this?
