USCIS transferred my case to NVC on July 21, 2024. On July 24, I received a NVC email of “Introduction to Document Collection”, which had the case number in the subject line. But I never received the welcome email and the invoice ID number. I requested it via the Public Inquiry Form and received the invoice ID and the beneficiary ID, but no welcome letter. However, I was unable to log into CEAC using the information. In the NVC case status check website, it also says “You search did not return any data.” But I saw that the cases created in the same day at the same embassy either paid the fees or at least with a case status search return. What could be the issue with my case? What would you do at this step if it were you? It is already past the NVC file creation timeframe. Thank you!

USCIS sent case to NVC on July 21 and I got the introduction to doc collection email on July 24. But this is not the one with case number and Inv ID we are waiting for. So I am wondering the same like you as well.

If you received this introduction email before the welcome letter/email, would you please share your experience? How many days after the introduction email did you receive the welcome letter/email? I see that most people receive the case creation information first. I received the introduction email but no welcome letter/email…
