    Congratulations!!! Can I ask, were you in London Embassy? Was your case put in AP after being told you were approved? Did you follow up on it at all and if so how? Many thanks. I am in a similar situation, my case was approved by the CO and now is in AP, no forms were given to me. Thanks

    Ive never lived in Iran, only Qatar and UAE and both as a pilot and I regularly travel to the USA for work. I did not receive any other documents at the interview and was told that visa was approved and he cancelled my non immigrant visas on the spot. So hopefully it's just a slight delay, but reading these forums can sometimes put unfounded doubt in ones head. Hopefully it will be issued in a day or so.

    @appleblossom what is TAL??? It's only been 36hrs but I feel it should have changed already. The CO had no issues and said all was approved. I have lived in the UAE so maybe that is the reason, but nothing to do with Military.

    Hi everyone, I did my interview yesterday in London for EB2. CO approved my application and said nothing else was required from me and cancelled my non immigrant visas and said passport would be returned within 2wks. Since then my CEAC has turned to Administrative Processing (My PD is current). I recall this being talked about before somewhere but can't find it. Any idea how long it usually stays like this before saying Issued? Thanks

    That's great news that the embassy has approved your expedite. I think there were some issues at NVC regarding London as my case only just got an IL a few days ago too. Pleased to hear all is moving in the right direction.

    It came at 2.20am. I'm not sure if it is as a result of my hounding of NVC or a general appointment sent out to others.

    Hi. For anyone waiting for IL in EB category for London, I got my IL today for 21/10!!!!!! It has been a long wait but finally have the appointment. Hope other got theirs today too!!

    Nothing yet. Im trying to find out if ILs were sent out for EB categories in London but no-one seems to be waiting for one here it seems. I don't know any other forums to ask.
