i'm us citizen filled for my siblings in 2013 and received a case number WACxxxxxxxxxx. Recently i received update about my case after 11 years says my case was migrated to ELIS and provided with new case number start with IOExxxxxxxxxx instaed of WAC. My question is about priority date, will that effect my priority date? I read about some people their case migrated to ELIS too, but they never questioned about priority which is really important as everyone know. Also, what is different between cases that start with WAC & IOE? thanks
