Hi all, my mother is the petitioner for my sister (F31 visa). She has an interview appointment soon, after 18 years. My mother at the moment is with my sister in turkey where the interview location is. Does my mother need to be physically present in United states before or during the interview? she went to visit my sister a few months ago. (My mom has US citizenship). Thank you
