Can someone please help me with getting dual citizenship in the Philippines? Both my parents were US naturalized before I was born. My dad was naturalized a long time ago and my mom was naturalized just one month before I was born…😩… They both reacquired their dual in 2017. What are other ways I can get citizenship in the Philippines?

This is only for minors, right? Can a mother do this if her child is already an adult?

Is this true? Even if the mom reacquires her Filipino citizen after children were born, she can still apply them for Filipino citizenship? What's the process?
