Hello All, I have a joint sponsor who is retired. He has two different kinds of 1099s to upload. Additionally, he files taxes jointly with his wife. She also has two of the same kind of 1099 forms that should be uploaded to the NVC. My question is: Do I upload each 1099 separately for my joint sponsor and his wife (leading to 4 documents under the 1099 category)? OR Do I scan the 1099s of the same form together for both the joint sponsor and his wife, into one PDF document? Thank you for your guidance! The NVC seems pretty picky about documents being scanned together. Thanks for the guidance!

Hello Visa Journey friends, I'm working on my Affidavit of Support and I plan to submit it within the next few weeks. It asks for my most recent tax year and I'm planning to submit my taxes from 2023. Now that it's January 2025, is the tax year from 2023 still acceptable? I haven't done my 2024 taxes but I'd like to finish my Affidavit of Support and get it in as soon as possible, without waiting to do the 2024 taxes. Is this acceptable? Thanks for your help!
