  1. Yes that is a good point about the offer letter. I requested an employment verification letter today. Thank you!
  2. Hello! I have been reading alot of discussions on this but they all say something a little different so hoping to get some feedback on my specific cirucumstances. Thank you in advance for your help! I am the petitioner living in Hawaii and my fiance lives in Guinea, going through the Senegal Consulate. I am preparing the I-134 and planning on providing the following supporting evidence: - Past 3 years tax transcripts - Offer letter from employer with Salary information, stating full time employment - Recent paystubs (Last 2-3 months enough?) Do I need to also include a letter from my bank with current amount and deposits from last year? This is something I see differing opinions on. My annual income is $65K. Do I need to provide any information on my stock portfolio as an asset or do I make enough for that to not make a difference?
  3. Thanks @Rachel n Tyler!! 🙌 Congrats on your NOA2!
  4. After doing more research I am 99% sure its the NOA1 lol I am going to update that in our timeline. If anyone still has any tips/insights I am all ears!
  5. Hello! I thought I was waiting for our NOA1 still but then I just realized maybe the text I already received on June 7th was it. "USCIS: Your case was received. Receipt # WACXXXX.... Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797C) to follow in mail. Msg & Data rates may apply. DO NOT REPLY" Is this it? Haven't received anything in the mail yet. I also checked the case status which reads: "On June 5, 2024, we received your Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), Receipt Number WACXXXX..., and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you have any questions, visit the USCIS Contact Center webpage at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." The application fee was taken out of my account on June 10th. I have track my visa which says the above as well and lists California Service Center and says my estimate is June 20 to July 26. I thought that was an estimate for receiving the NOA1 but now I am confused. Thank you in advance for any help!
