My wife (USC) and I have been married for a year and we are considering filing for my adjustment of status but my wife is a student. Question is, can my wife be my sole sponsor using my income (F1 OPT) and has anyone gotten approved this way? We are trying a much as possible to avoid asking family and friends to be joint sponsors.
