    Maybe write to the embassy and notify them that NVC will only accept a paper copy so they need to mail it to NVC with a copy of your NVC welcome letter

    Congrats! Also EB1-A approved. Undergoing consular processing in London. Have you submitted your DS-260 and sent all your supporting documents to NVC?

    Alright, thanks! I am at the final stage of a very lucrative job offer and told the person who referred me that I already have my green card, so need this to move asap. fingers crossed

    They sent me an email stating that they have received my mail from DHL and my DS-260 on June 13th, and will let me know if they need anything else. So I presumed by now I should have heard back that I am DQ'd but nothing.

    I prepared both my EB1-A application and EB2-NIW applications on my own, and got both approved by the grace of God. I submitted both with premium processing, as I didnt understand the concept of priority date when I fist did the NIW, and when I saw how long the waiting time was, I decided to also apply for EB1-A

    For EB1-A applicants do we upload our civil documents to CEAC or do we send them via mail? My Welcome Letter from NVC simply says: " After completing the above steps, submit documents to NVC by following the instructions at https://nvc.state.gov/mail." so it's unclear if I am to mail them as the link provides for both emailing and mailing NVC.

    Thanks! In your experience, how long on average does it take from approval to IL for EB1 applicants in London? Also any next steps you recommend so I can move my case along quickly?

    Hi everyone, my EB1-A application got approved about 1 week ago, so wondering what the next steps are and how long before I get my IL. Also haven't received a welcome letter from NVC, so not sure what to do. All suggestions welcome

    Hey guys - I just got approved for eb-1a in row and curious as to how long it will take before I receive NVC welcome letter and can upload all my documents. FWIW, I hold a sub-Saharan African country passport but live and work in London, so my application is to be routed to the London embassy. If anyone has gone through this process previously and can please share a list of all documents required by the London embassy and the NVC. That will be appreciated.
