  1. 100 percent! But I want to add that - you can change your LinkedIn location to the US state you want to move to and indicate that you are open to work, also use a US address and cell number on your resume. This is what I did even before I was DQ'd and had multiple interviews even before I arrived the US. The job market is not the best, but there are lots of incredible opportunities and these days everyone interviews online and will only ask you to come in-person at the very final stage - if needed. Goodluck!
  2. At my EB1-A interview on the 22nd, I was only asked one question - Tell me about yourself. Gave her the elevator pitch I have been giving prospective employers in the US and the CO approved my visa.
  3. Just refreshed my status now and my visa has been issued few minutes ago. EB1-A too, so it appears anyone that had an interview held and visa approved at the interview before the numerical limit was announced will get a visa.
  4. Just refreshed my status and my visa has been issued now!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!
  5. Same. Changed from Ready to AP yesterday and then shows that my file was updated today again.
  6. I also had my interview last week Thursday and was approved at the interview but status shows "AP". Please keep us updated
  7. Any idea if this will mean that persons who have had their interview and were approved at the interview but yet to have their visa issued will need to wait until October?
  8. How long did it take everyone to get their passport back? I was told I am approved at the interview. The next day my CEAC status shows that my application was updated, but it still says "Ready"
  9. Yes, you need to do this and create an account using the same email you used for your DS260/NVC registration. If you are in London, you can do this here: http://ais.usvisa-info.com
  10. Email both the NVC and the consulate, highlighting this and confirm there are no issues. I'd email at least twice monthly until they respond and clarify what's going on.
  11. For EB1-A, you don't need a job and if the CO asks, you let them know you plan to start applying/working your network upon arrival in the U.S. It is best to go with a statement of your account in the unlikely event they ask how you will support yourself while looking for a job / setting up your company.
  12. Does an EB petitioner's CEAC status change after NVC couriers their file to the US consulate in London? Received my IL but CEAC status still says "At NVC".
  13. Just received my IL - for September 25th, 2024. DQ was July 7th 2024.
  14. Apologies, finally found the chat. This was Sweden not Brussels.
  15. I can't find my chat with the guy anymore, but someone told me he emailed the embassy to let them know he had done his medicals and has been DQ's and they scheduled him for an interview within a week. Apparently you have to reach out to the consulate to tell them you are ready for an interview and then they request your file from the NVC.
  16. Finally got a DQ email over a week after they had already responded to my inquiry confirming I had been DQ'd.
  17. July, not sure the exact date as I only realised I was DQ'd after I sent an inquiry
