Anyone out here with same situation as my sister? Her F2B petition was revoked because our father/petitioner passed away, but as of March 2024 the petition has been reinstated/reaffirmed. Since January 2023, she cannot log in to CEAC website - Application error. She as documentarily qualified since Aug. 2020. She cannot log in to CEAC to update ds260 and upload updated documents and affidavit of support for the substitute sponsor. We reached out with the US Embassy and NVC countless times, we did not receive any solution. Thanks for your replies in advanced.
