Case migrated to ELIS

Now I guess how long should I wait for getting letter from NVC. Why does it show that cases lasts 80 months , despite mine is already 100 months past

The exact days are shown on the attachments , the only paper I received is that they received I-130 form on the 25 Oct. 2013 and that case was migrated to ELIS. And when I check processing times it shows 80 months and gives me opportunity to request the inquiry why it is out of processing time.

My mom applied for me as married son of US citizen on October 2013 , and recently I received the email that case was migrated to ELIS. When I check processing time , it shows that I have to request inquiry why it takes long time, but I get standard answer. Can you suggest how long will it take to send my case to NVC? Thank you
