Ok to be clear then. September 30th it was approved and sent to NVC. But after that NOV 15 it was updated to case was sent on NOV 15 etc. So Now I have to wait 45 days from the 15th? So it took 1 months 15 days for them to send it after they said it was sent. Now it's been 2 months like this. And the paperwork notice says 4 weeks you should get a new case number after it's sent. To reach out after 4 weeks if you don't. So what your telling me doesn't align with the notice sent.

I have the on X date we sent your case recipet # x to department of state for processing. But notice stated if you dont hear back in 4 weeks to email nvc. Then NVC said 6 weeks you should hear back.

They say on the notice if you dont get a response in 4 weeks to email NVC. That in 4 weeks you get a ltter with a new number.

So if there working on NOV 5TH for example, I can email them right. since my application was sent before. They state I"f your petition was approved before the dates NVC is working on" thaat means if my application was sent 7 weeks ago it was approved before the date there working on correct. Also why have they not received it if that is the case.

I couldn't find the direct answerm many say file directly after cea says ready. But can't find anything in Mumbai forums directly that's say if you sheduale it or they do. I know next step is it goes to visa center. But wanted to be ahead. Also some say that you can email for case number and schedule interview now. Not sure if that true. It has veen 2 months since NO1 and no chnage to staus. Im looking at the forums and not sure the next step. Some say to wait then one post from someone in phillipines posting in india sub. Said his lawyer said its a 1 year wait and if he should sheduale ds160. The comemnts told him yes. So what exactly do I do now wait, or sheduale a DS160. Also what does reciept notice mean. You stated embassy is not interested in engagement ceremony. That was your comment. But people were asked if they had a ceremony at the Mumbai consulate interview. Now you don't wish to comment. Also only tagged you twice and both times those were quotes. Of people asked if they had a ceremony. Which you stayed there not interested in.

Mumbai interview I posted exact excerpts. You can also google Mumbai co sulfate k1 interviews. You will see people asked if they had engagement ceremony they said yes and showed pics. Since it's part of the culture. We don't do it I. Casual clothes it's a whole cermony. So if they ask did you have a cero.ing your going to say yes I. That case and then show pics. I just read through the k1 interview on the Mumbai thread on this sub. already saw 2 to 3 posts where people said they were asked if engaged and if they had photos. one commentor showed a spiral book of photos and another commenter showed photos etc. you said there not intr=erested at any point its not confusing to show photos or not since they arasked for becuase they know the culture and know you have photos rob why they ask. but i guess they dont want cermeony pics idk.

Ok so no engagement photos or reciepts, its weird since an actually ceremony shows your committed. but its cultural too since we don't do rings at the wedding etc. Anyway should I write on the restaurant receipt copy Im sending? is it ok to write on it. since I mentioned we went to this restaurant and have a picture and then have the receipt. Since other posts say photos can be manipulated well a receipt and a picture is a double whammy. Just don't know if I should write on this is the receipt of when we went to social et.c is it ok to write on that. Understood but that not everyone cultures We do engagement ceremony that's were you do the rings. At the wedding there is nor rings we don't exchnage those at the wedding. And our wedding is completely different.

So If that is the case. I don't have a proposal photo do I need that? I have the rest I have the itinerary that I wnet there, ticket reciept, , photos of us meeting twice at least.

Ok there not originals she actually has those. I will tell her to mail then to me. But since there sent to me as photos and very big can't format them I to a word document and wanted to write on them. That's interesting I thought to be a finance means your engaged. So you would need engagement photos and the receipts. I have attached photos of the engagement. And wanted to include rings. But I don't need to? My second question in intent to marry it states I (my name) do hereby state that Iam legally able and willing to marry (thier name) and intend to do so in 90 days of her arrival into the US using the K1. visa. is that correct? do i have to outline Iam the petitioner? Also is the last sentence right using k1 visa. Also know I asked before but still no answer if I can write on the proffs i have. Like can I write on the engagemnet receipt's that this is mine this is hers. And the adress on the ring that i used was my uncles wll they question this? like why do you have this adress in another country on the reciept with your name? When you have a engament the girl buys a dress that she wears and i buy something as well. then you both buy rings. then you have photos all part of a engagement and reciepts that you bought rings, bought a dress, and i bought my outfit its all proof that the event happened. Also i stated i met at x place and ate at x place. Therfore having a reciept from the restaurant and a pic from the place provides two proofs that the happened. lastly I want to know if we could write on the receipts to explain them that i s my ring, this is my itinery, and this is her ring. also will it matter if my ring has not my adress but my uncles adress on it?

The dress is just show proof of the engagement its not a wedding dress. I might skip this then and just include the engagement ring receipts. Also the restaurant receipt is to show proof that as written on that day we did visit that place. also have a pic outside the restaurant. so two proofs. For evidence I have the ring receipts, dress receipt, and a restaurant receipt. Can I write on these documents like this is my ring, this is her, and then on restaurant receipt can I write this where we ate, etc. On her ring I have my name and not my address my uncles address he lives in the same country as her. Is that fine. then my ring has her name and address. No dress on the dress.
