    My income for 2024 was low I had a high risk pregnancy so I only worked half year now my income is back to normal after I had the back to normal will I still need a sponsor?

    Our visa has been issued we are in Kingston Jamaica. It says we receive the passport and visa within 10 days. But will DHL call does he need to go back to the embassy to pick it up. We didn’t receive a tracking number just status on CeAC

    So to answer the question we put it in the system that he took a booster but they still said he needed another so he told them he will take it overseas

    They gave my finace an option to take it in Jamaica or get it overseas say you will get it overseas.

    Yes I have it’s been over a week and nothing the embassy said they would call once they receive the results but nothing

    I’m waiting on the medical from Andrews it’s been over a month since it was taken anyone going through the same I call and no one answers the phone

    I have no verification of employment letter but I have payslips tax returns etc will that affect me?

    Well on the I34 it does ask for an employment letter and the attorney did say to provide paystubs so I think they will ask for it in the interview

    Will that affect the approval I start a job next month I’m just wondering if it will affect it seen as I have a gap in employment

    I’m currently in the K1 process I’m the petitioner and I’m currently unemployed and I have no assets what are my options here as my fiancé’s visas appointment is in a few weeks? No joint sponsor available
