she's ok with us staying in Columbia, at least while she gets her associate's degree (2 years). I should have made it clear that because I"m 100% VA disabled, once we are married and she's got a green card, she gets paid $1600 per month, untaxed , to go to college, for four years. So will her son, even if I am dead. That's for 9 months of the year, not true during the summer break If we stay married 6 years, she'also get 50% of my 50k per year (untaxed) VA and SS pension. So I don't think that she's going to run out on me.. I'm the one who wants us to get her green card, cause she can't get the VA money, nor student loans/grants until she has that resident card.
