Police Report expiration date

Hello. My fiance has his K1 visa interview scheduled for Aug 20th, however, the police report we got states that it is valid until Aug 16th. Would this be rejected at the embassy? I've looked on the USCIS website as well as the K1 visa packet we received and it says as long as the police report was issued within the last two years. I just wanted to know if the validity date on the report is going to be a problem so that we can get another police report, or are we good to go with the copy we have now? Thank you.
