  1. Oh wow. But this is why we all agree: best to be prepared.
  2. Based on my AOS PTSD, I brought everything to the N400 interview... IO checked nothing! 🤣
  3. Ascribing logic to USCIS? You sweet, sweet soul... Seriously though, the logical approach is to make everything as simple as possible for the IO to understand. Hilariously enough, I have seen USCIS issue an RFE for a divirce decree for a couple that had a court marriage and a traditional/customary wedding. I'd rather not pin my immigration hopes on the belief that an overworked adjudicator can figure out why a married couple had two ceremonies. They should be able to, but they should be able to send GCs of the correct length too.
  4. Agreed. I'd count biometrics reuse as a blessing.
  5. 4) Sounds like he didn't naturalize, but derived. If you are referencing a COC, there are two dates: the date the Certificate was issued, and the day the person became a citizen (such as the day a parent naturalized for a minor). As previous poster said, more info needed.
  6. What did the N-652 say?
  7. I'll do basketball. My thirst for gridiron waned after the concussion information became known to me. Also discovered an appreciation for ice hockey, and I do like baseball.
  8. TIL there is an N300 form.
  9. Enjoy it! If you applied early (90 days), your oath should come after your true anniversary.
  10. Additionally, follow the instructions in the interview letter.
  11. I've come to the only logical comclusion: this must be ragebait.
  12. The electronic version makes it the perhaps the most DIY process that USCIS offers. Huge fan of ir versus paper.
  13. Interesting... so was going over other parts of your form, and periodically going through the civics questions? Wow.
  14. Sad to hear about your sister; my condolences.
  15. Your call. I tend to think bird in hand when it comes to USCIS, but life happens.
  16. Only 20 years off... 🤣
  17. I am completely stumped then.
  18. No need to bring anything beyond what is in the letter. Definitely your green card and N-445.
