    Embassy Amman Jordan k1 visa my case status went from refused to application received on June 14 how long will my case update and what happens next after application received case status ?

    It’s been five days since my status has change to application recieved so maybe after 7 days hopefully?

    Yea they told her they just need to send the paper to the embassy and everything will be good . Yea and under the status it says wait for 2 business days for an update

    So yes my fiancé had an interview and it went well but they wants the approval notice and we just sent it and it changed from refused to application received .

    So this what happen so when the embassy got the approve application that the uscis printed it has uncertified duplicate written across the page

    Is there a way to request my original approve I-129f application with stamps from uscis for my embassy to see ?

    Is it possible to get the original approved application of I-129f from Foia? Because the usics sent the embassy a printed copy of my approved application but the embassy want the original approve application with stamps

    No I didn’t get a packet they just said they need the original form of I-129f and stamped and they didn’t even tell her who or where to get a stamp from I’m thinking in Jordan there’s a place that stamps forms and such that make it seem original and valid .
