    WE USED OUR GC THIS HOLIDAY WEEKDEND AND WENT TO TIJUANA. IT FELT GREAT COMING BACK TO THE US WITH OUR NEW GC. HOPE EVERYONE HERE GETS APPROVED SOON.

    ours said 20 months for i-130 dont go by those numbers. it took us excactly 4 months for our case to get approved. GOOD LUCK to yall. great news is coming very shortly to everyone.

    We got an email earlier today from USCIS saying "case is actively reviewed" with todays date. but we had that message before just a different date. anyone else got an email to check case?

    I did see some cases get approved super fast and we know some friends and family as well. We had hopes ours moved that fast as well. I guess we just wait...

    Hello everyone. This chat got really quiet. no updates, no questions and no activity at all. Hope everything is ok. I know life sometimes catches up to us and days go by quick. We are stuck with our case, still in a pile somewhere waitting for our turn to get picked up and looked at. Hope to hear from some of yall soon. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE.

    Congrats to everyone getting EADs approved. My wife opted not to apply for EAD since she has her with DACA. This waitting game aint no joke. Hopefully we all get good news soon. GOOD LUCK to everyone and lets keep our status updated so we all have an idea of the steps. Gracias

    Hello again AOS fillers 2024, just checked our status online and "my progress" time went up from 4months to 19months! how accurate is that time frame they give? my wife is currently under DACA and weve been married for years, have two kids, we both have clean records, and im a USC. I was thinking this process was going to be much faster and easier, but i get it We arent the only case pending for AOS. Anyone want yo update us on their april 2024 AOS case status?
