  3. Congrats to everyone getting EADs approved. My wife opted not to apply for EAD since she has her with DACA. This waitting game aint no joke. Hopefully we all get good news soon. GOOD LUCK to everyone and lets keep our status updated so we all have an idea of the steps. Gracias
  4. Hello again AOS fillers 2024, just checked our status online and "my progress" time went up from 4months to 19months! how accurate is that time frame they give? my wife is currently under DACA and weve been married for years, have two kids, we both have clean records, and im a USC. I was thinking this process was going to be much faster and easier, but i get it We arent the only case pending for AOS. Anyone want yo update us on their april 2024 AOS case status?
  5. Anyone from California filed AOS with DACA status? Just wanted to see where your case stands at. Thanks in advance
  6. Hello April AOS Filers anyone have any updates on their case? our case was recieved april 22nd. The only status was that USCIS was reusing the finger prints. We are in California and we sent to Chicago lockbox.
  7. Wifey entered with visa and overstayed. she has had DACA since it started. IM a US citizen. she has a clean background and has been working with her EAD.
  8. Why is it that DACA slow down the process? i would think it would make it easier since shes had a case for years now? thanks
  9. Hello everyone. 😎 Im new to this. Just recently (April 2024) my wife applied for AOS thru me. I'm a USC. we been married for 12 years, and she was under daca. she overstayed her visa. we finally made the move to apply for her AOS. we live in California and sent to Chicago lockbox. our last notice was that USCIS was going to reuse her biometrics. we are guessing that's a good thing right? any one know of anyone going or has gone with the same process? obviously we are all anxious to know some sort of timeline. Ive seen a lot of cases been approved in 3 months with no interview. Thank you all in advance.
