    We got our noa1, May 20th and still haven't heard a thing! Seems like many who has applied after that has already been approved..

    We just received our receipt number, NOA1. What are the next step? Are we able to check our case with that receipt number?

    I know that i didin't read too carefully the guidance. Im just thinking how long it will take them to send it back? How long the delay will be?

    Hi, Few days ago we send our I129 form , and i put our picture evidence very simple binder. For some reason i didin't notice the guidance part to not use binder. So what's gonna happen our application? Im extremely worried that we need to start everything all over again, and it will delay our application a lot. Anyone has any advice on this? Thank you in advantage!
