    Thank you for the detailed info. Appreciate it. Yes, I am aware about the zone for semiconductor industries in which i have expertise. Mainly Texas and California but i am trying everywhere even small companies. My initial location would be Wisconsin where my brother-in-law is living. Once i get the job will move. My wife is getting lot of calls and her interviews are going on.

    Thanks for your response. At present i am Sr. Scientist and my area of expertise is in semiconductors and sensors. I have more than 10 years of experience academic mainly and i am moving to Wisconsin becuase my brother-in-law stays there. So staying for 6 months is not a problem but it looks to get a job is difficult. Anyway my application is going on.

    Hello everyone just curious question, how you guys are moving, I mean with or without job? Is there any suggestions if you moved or movingwith job in hand. I am trying since 1 month by adding US number and address but no response. Even I am adding that I am permanent residence and does not require sponsorship. No success. Please give your thoughts.

    I know they announced on 27th August but officer did not say anything or may be she was not aware about this announcement. Anyway, My status is showing "Ready" The point is even the they are not answering on email.

    I completely understand but they should inform why they hold our passport so long.

    This is excellent. London embassy is better than Brussels embassy indeed. They kept my passport from 6th September no update nothing. I sent email two times and even they did not answer. I dont know what to do.

    Yes I finished my interview on 6th September but did not receive my passport. Officer kept the passport and told you can start preparation so i believe it was approved but due to eb1a visa numbers have been filled they are not giving visa to anyone

    Hello everyone. After entering in US with IV stamp, can we start working next day? Anyone did this already or do we need to wait for physical card and SSN?

    It is really frustrating. They did not tell this during interview and kept our passport and status is showing "Ready". Can i send email and ask the status?

    Yes i have the info about this but there was no information they gave during interview. So basically its on hold till October 1st

    Hello Everyone. We had finished our interview last Friday and they kept our passport but till date online status is showing "Ready". Is it normal because i heard that they take 3-4 days max to return passport. Please give your thoughts. thank you

    In our case, they didn't say approved but kept the passport and said that you will receive the email. thats it
