    I filed for my husband's i-130 a year ago while living in mexico with him, but i had a wfh job that was enough sponsor him. In the initial application we sent proof of living together in Mexico and I put that I worked making usd.. I recently moved back to the USA after living in mexico for 2.5 years.. i got a new job and a place. Just waiting for him to join me.. thinking we have to wait another year or so since we got our i130 approved like a week ago.

    Sorry to hear this happened to you. Did you ever see any red flags throughout the time you met him and the cousin was doing the paperwork?. Is this a female cousin? How much time did you spend with him before you decided to marry him? Whatever you do, don't let them get away. Call ice etc.

    Ignore the time estimate.. if you upload unsolicited evidence it will update again in a day or two. My case was approved yesterday and it said 4 months.. I checked this morning it said 5 months. It was finally updated this afternoon to case approved.

    I waited 411 days for my i130 to be approved.. filed in june 2023, and I felt it slowed down wayy much in June. I was finally approved yesterday.

    Same, id like to know if anyone else has been approved that filed in June 2023. I got an email today "update on inquiry" from my chat with Emma from last month. My heart stopped because I thought it was something else lol. Unfortunately nothing.. still waiting pd 6.9.23

    I've been a bit worried I might need a co-sponser, which I wont have. In 2022 and 2023 my tax returns are around 30k and 31k .. this is for a household of 3 including my spouse. I believe I was short 1k from the poverty line. After graduating college I landed a job, and now I'm making 115k a year... do you guys think showing recent stubs and job offer letter be enough?

    I'm a June 2023 filer. I've been on "your case is taking longer" and I uploaded some pictures and updated passport 2 days ago and now it says case should take 5 months.. I was hoping I would hear great news next month.
