Thank you for your response The yes part will be for this current petition right? We have lots of evidence and it's a genuine relationship. Even the past one was it's just things didn't work out.

I need some answers,my ex filled k1 and we got approved April 2023. However,by the time we were approved we have already broken up in April 2022 and the relationship couldn't be fixed. Case was already sent to Embassy,I contacted embassy to withdraw they asked for the ex signature on the letter. He signed I sent it back and the case was sent back to nvc in Feb 2024. I met someone else and things are great. My question is if they were to petition for me what are the chances of approval at the embassy level. Do they have to indicate that I was petitioned for before or does this apply only to the petitioner if they are multiple filer. Since I never went to the interview and the letter I sent was very detailed. I appreciate any advice TIA
