Only EB1/EB2 update on NVC (DQ, IL)

Hi all. please how long does it takes for documents review. Our civil documents were delivered on the 29th April. No messages yet though nvc timeframe says they reviewing docs submitted May 6. Is the timeline different from employment based & there was no notification that document was received.
