    My wife says that once a cr1 visa is granted, she has a 6 month window to actually arrive in the US, otherwise the visa will be invalidated. is this correct? the reason i ask is my employment contract may extend past that deadline.

    Wasnt my passport info a part of the i 130 application? Am i remembering it wrong?

    My I 130 for my wife is being processed. In the meantime, I had to renew my passport. I could not find a way to update it in the USCIS website. What do I need to do?
