I emailed the congressman on Nov 12 and they inquired same day. My visa was issued on Nov 15. Try it might works.

Oct 1 ( 3rd solicited update) is the day I received an email from congressman where they requested medical and passport. Consulate did not send me any email.

Medical is sent through eportal by the medical office. You need not to do anything there.

I had the same question, so I emailed them. Here is the response: "Dear Applicant, You may request your documents to be shipped to your residence or other address in Canada at an additional cost of $26.00 CAD, or select a BLS location or another Canada Post office at an additional cost of $24.00 CAD. For a list of authorized post offices, please go here: https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-CA/niv/information/courier_dropboxes Go to https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca Click on Sign in to log in to your account. Click on the option Continue, then on the link Request Premium Delivery. Make the selection: Pick-up at a courier store location: 24.00 CAD or Deliver to a personal or business address: 26.00 CAD Follow the instructions and enter your delivery address or choose your courier pickup location and complete the payment. Hi All, Here is a good news. It might give everyone some hope. My visa is issued on Nov 15th. I haven't received any email regarding courier yet. Canada post strike might delay who knows. I do not know how to request for other courier options. If anyone has any idea please let me know.

Check the visa stamp. It might say Registration number.

We entered 6th week, since medical submission. How long to place a stamp? 🤔

Anyone here who has submitted second medical in early Oct. How long does it takes to issue the visa? Medical and passport submitted on Oct 10th. Updates on Oct 11, 16, 23 and 30th.

I received an update yesterday. Second update after sending medical.

My last update was Oct 23. Nothing since then.

Congratulations!! Did you do any paperwork for personal vehicle? Any documents needed to bring personal car from Canada to US?

The status delivered will mean, delivered to "Off site Mail processing facility ". The mail will be then sent to Visa Unit. It is taking forever to travel within Montreal.

I do not think so. I haven't received any notification.

Canada post has delivered the documents. Consulate recieves it at the receiving facility. God knows how long does it takes from receiving facility to Consular officer desk. My passport was delivered a week ago and I received a reply today saying " they have NOT received the documents ".

I have sent my passport on Oct 15th and received delivery notice on Oct 16th. Today, I received congressman's reply saying embassy is still waiting for the passport. Here is the response: "The requested documents have not yet been received by our office. All mail directed to the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal is received at an offsite mail processing facility. It takes additional time before the mail actually reaches the Visa Unit. If applicants do not send the mail using our courier service, longer mail processing delays may be expected. Once additional documents are received, an adjudicating Consular officer will review the case taking into consideration the additional evidence provided. As soon as the review is complete, the Visa Unit will provide you with further details regarding the status of the visa application." No idea how long does mail facility takes to deliver a mail in same city.

I received an email with " Action required" from Yatri: US DOS Visa. They have requested medical, passport and photos. Shall I ignore the email as medical was sent a week ago and passport delivered today 🤔. Any thoughts?

My medical was received on Oct 11, and Status was updated on Oct 11 as well.

Did you receive another update after that? I received an update on Sept 13 and then on Sept 18. I was hoping for email for passport request but it has been quite since then.
