Hello dear community,
I need your help with an issue related to being out of the US for more than 6 months. I have read the previous posts but am still confused. Could you please check my timeline and highlight the problem if it's there:
05/19/2016 Green Card Issued
from 2016 to 2019 was absent for (reenty permit) maximum stayed in the U.S for 2 months
03/27/2019 - 05/15/2019 issued the second reenty permit (in U.S.)
05/15/2019 - 10/11/2019 outside (148 days)
10/11/2019 - 10/18/2019 visited the U.S.
10/18/2019 - 09/09/2020 outside (326 days)
until now in the U.S
I've been filing my taxes since 2016 even when I was out of the U.S.
I'm worried that being absent for 326 days might have zeroed out continuouse residence.
I understand that it is not easy to calculate all this dates, but I would be very grateful if someone could help me figure it out when +- to apply for citizenship.
