  1. Thank you for the feedback, that's what we thought but were hoping of any other ideas we can't think of... I guess we have to be patient. Many thanks!
  2. Hello everyone, We have been unable to schedule an appointment at the Albanian Embassy due to "No Avalaibility" its been three weeks. Our petition Expires in a month and given the fact that the medical exam needs to be done 3 weeks prior to the interview... Will calling a repesentative make any difference? Wish you all the best, and good luck on your journy!
  3. Hello everyone, We are trying to schedule the K1 vissa Interview date and the status at the Albanina Consulate is: 'No available appointments" From personal experience or previous posts, what time and day of the week Albanian Embassy opens new available spots and how long does it usually take for new available dates? Many thanks and good luck!!

  6. Unable to schedule the interview at the Albanian Consulate

Unable to schedule the interview at the Albanian Consulate

Our case was received by the Albanian Consulate from NVC in late May.

After submitting additional documents on July 2nd we received the "Appointment Package" with the link to schedule the interview (https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-al/iv).

Despite multiple attempts to schedule the interview, we keep getting the message that the Case Number "is not ready for an appointment".

As directed, we have sent an email to the CSRA support desk requesting help with this issue, however we have not received an answer in over 5 days.

The status of our case on CEAC (CEAC (state.gov)) has been "Ready" since late May.

We have emailed the embassy, but have not heard back from them.

Would appreciate any advice on whether we should do anything else or just wait.

    Thank you

  10. Thank you for the reply I did contact the right Embassy in Tirana, they said to contact the NVC. We informed the NVC and Taiwan embassy as well. We are so worried, you have any idea how this has solved out from previous cases?!
  11. WHAT TO DO . Our case was created on May 8 and now showing up as “ready” at the Taiwan consulate since May 23. The correct embassy is TIA instead of TAI (Tirana instead of Taiwan). What are we supposed to do?!!!! Many thanks! And good luck to everyone on their journy to be together with their loved ones 🙏

  16. Because i do not figure out as divorced in my birth certificate, i figure out as single.Because the marriage was never celebrated in Albania as event. Have you ever seen a previous topic with the same issue? Thank you Boiler!
  17. Hello everyone, In wishing you good luck in your process i would really appriciate your insights and personal experience in what i am about to share. I was previously married and divorced in Canada.Returned to my homecountry (Albania) here i figure out as single because the marriage never took place in Albania. I have my marriage and divorce certifictes from Canada and my birth certificate from Albania (single) Will this affect my pettition for the K1 Vissa on the interview date? Is there anyone with the same experience? What did you do to convince the embassy that the marriag never took place in homecountry. Many thanks! Alba
