  1. I'll definitely relay that info to my fiancée for her interview
  2. This was for the K-1 visa, right?
  3. So scan and email documents then? Got it. I don't have to worry about a divorce decree.
  4. I've gotten info from a couple of people, but I just want to get more information on it. My fiancée has her visa interview next month. I was planning to mail her the documents she needs from me, but I've heard that I can just email these to her instead. Would she be fine if emailed, or do they need to be original physical copies?
  5. I messed up with posting it but it's above this post.
  6. My fiancée and me were just on video call and she decided to check around 9:30am CST (or 10:30pm in the Philippines), and there was a spot open for September 24th (two available times at 6:30am and 7:30am).
  7. My fiancée just got an interview scheduled for September 24th.
  8. In the DS-160 it does have a spot for the "arrival city" though.
  9. Alright, thanks for the input.
  10. You have experience with this? I just don't want to have any problems at the POE.
  11. If the DS-160 has already been submitted, is it an issue if the visa applicant arrives in another city than the one given on the DS-160? e.g. DS-160 says she'd arrive in Atlanta but she arrives in Dallas instead.
  12. My fiancée has been checking for about a month now, still no appointments available.
  13. No, she could probably check more times a day. She just hasn't had an opportunity yet.
  14. US Embassy in Manila. She's only checked twice. Once last night and once this morning. She checks for any appointment, and it says none are available.
  15. I haven't found anything regarding this on here. My fiancée is trying to set an interview date for her K1 visa, and the embassy website tells her that there are no appointment dates available. Has anyone else experienced this?
  16. Our validity date expires in July, do you happen to know if they would extend if we weren't able to get an interview before then?
  17. So even though it says "If you do not have a schedule from NVC, please wait for scheduling instructions or a notification from the U.S. Embassy Manila." we should still move forward and make our own interview appointment?
  18. My fiancé lives in the Philippines and I live in the US. We have been approved by the USCIS and received notice from the NVC that our I-129F petition was forwarded to the Philippines embassy. It says it'll take several weeks for the transfer process to happen and the embassy will contact us when they are ready. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Philippines embassy and K1 visa. Like how long should we actually expect to wait. We got the notice a little more than two weeks ago.
