    I thought someone mentioned on the forum that September invites are already out. Invites were sent out for other categories last week. Is that not correct?

    Got my 60 days notice just now.. What do you mean until next year? Do you mean January or do you mean October when USCIS get new quota?

    Nothing yet. I have a question - It has been more than 1 year after I was DQed. Is there anything I need to ensure now when I get the interview call? Like Fee repayment or getting the PCCs again?

    I hope EB are also sent out. It has been months of silence for EB Do EB and IR/CR come out on the same day or within the same week? What has been the trend?

    Would it cause any issues during the time of the interview? Would they ask about these visits to the US? Or put someone in Admin Processing just because they travelled to US after being DQed?

    I really hope that they send out some invites for EB now that they have cleared the IR/CR category. Or do we wait for the new fiscal yr to begin in October to see any movements? We are still at Jan 2023 since last 3-4 months.

    In the initial email they sent you about being DQed, they would have mentioned the name of the consulate the processing will happen. BMB is for Bombay. You can send a request to NVC to change it to MTL but last update was they were still processing Jan 2023 EB DQed cases. So better to go with Bombay if you can still make it work - travel and documents etc. All the best for your interview. Please keep us all posted.

    Does anyone know what documents are needed for EB-1 C interview. Do we need recent paystubs. I plan to be on unpaid leave for a couple of months for personal reasons. Would that have any impact if I get the interview call during the unpaid leave and cannot get recent paystubs? Is there any checklist of documents for EB interviews.

    And after doubling their output for a month - nothing for next 3 months... atleast for employment category.

    Is there any priority given to EB1 over other employment categories or does the category not matter after DQ and it follows the first in first out approach

    How about applying any other work visa while you wait for the interview letter.

    Sorry.. i assumed you are in employment category. Thats the wait time for EB. Other categories may be faster

    Can one apply for other work visas or TN visa to go and work in the US ..if after interview , you are put into administrative processing?

    There is a full thread of people waiting for over an year to get their interview date. Please check there to get some idea per your DQ date. What is your DQ date and category? And which country of chargeability
