  1. Wow Congratulations I am happy for you this gives me hope. I also filed the I-129fF but I applied on March 19 for the I-130.
  2. I did 17 days after but was told it takes around the same time as the CR1 so not sure if it helps.
  3. I am glad to at at least have provided some relief and yep in God's grace in the 6 months us march filers will be celebrating .
  4. Yea I know the pain I am consular as well. The progress timeline on VJ is not to be trusted either but like you said if we are by the 12 month mark we are just about halfway there. I am apart from my wife as well and it is painful. By the statistics those outside the country are not prioritize compared to those inside already. The new biden plan "Keeping families together is not for consular processing but for those doing AOS. It is election year after all gotta get that votes lol. Only thing we can do is be patient and wait God has not forgotten us yet but until then there is nothing we can do. I am happy for those that get lucky but we are allowed to feel frustrated. There was a lady that got approved in 20 days and another in 5 days. I saw that on the lawfully app was a little disappointed but was still happy for them. Our time will come so let us just pray and wait
  5. nope I am a march 2024 and have not received anything yet maybe soon hopefully
  6. Ah yes you are right I had to do some research concerning that and N400 are definitely being prioritize well it is to be expected after all.
  7. damn well this sucks not sure how it got this bad. Is it because it is election year and they are being bombarded with petitions?
  8. Ah yea the my process tab is what I like to call the "Anxiety Architect" but like you said we just have to wait for another 6 months hopefully less but compared to others that have been waiting longer outside their timelines we are slightly better since we are within manageable parameters our worries comes after we exceed our timelines but goodness I still get anxieties despite me trying to be positive.
  9. I also filed on march 19 2024 good luck to us all I have not had this much anxiety in years the process is excruciating but let's merry once December is over we in the end game now.
  10. Yea I believe you are right that way I won't set myself up for disappointed expecting something to happen earlier rather just wait for the 12 month mark. Much appreciated for your comment.
  11. Oh wow if that is the the case then that would be exactly 14 month with it being during the May month. Alright thank you at least I know now to realistically adjust my expectation towards the may month for an approval but I pray for it being less hopefully.
  12. I filed on march 19 for a spouse CR1 visa and k3 17 days later the my progress tab is going crazy it's been 4 weeks, 3 weeks and even 16 months and noticed the processing timeline even shifted to 15 months after checking yesterday. Does anyone have a clear idea of what USCIS is up to when processing? I was told that it will take roughly 10 to 11 months and even 12 months maximum by a lawyer but that does not seem to be the case anymore it seems. It has only been little over 4 months so I am expecting a march approval or earlier is even more better. Visa journey is saying I might get an answer from between May 2 to may 9 2025. Is the visa journey timeline more accurate or is it just like the my progress tab?
