    I am not too sure which website you mean, could you please put a link in so we can keep track of how long the London embassy in the UK is taking to process or give interviews for K-1 visa ? Sorry to be such a bother but thank you for your help!

    Thank you 🩷🩷means a lot. I feel so excited but more nervous at the same time! Just wish this process goes smoothly and we can all close the distance with our significant others! I wonder if there’s a timescale or any website which tells us how long each embassy is taking to process cases once it reaches them? Any idea? But sending you my prayers hopefully you hear back this week!

    Thank you for the thorough response. I feel after all this waiting we just get impatient because it’s already been so long but yes will wait and hopefully they see one our NVC case number soon. Yes we started to go through all the other documentation we need like the I-134. Do you have a list of everything that you will be taking / preparing that I could use too as we are not going through a lawyer? Honestly you are right, we have been waiting since July 2023 so the next few months will hopefully go by quick too. But good luck for your interview and keep us posted!

    Does anyone know how long it’s currently taking NVC to send cases to the embassy in London, UK? I am still waiting on NVC to send me my case number as my case was just sent to DOS Department of state on Friday 10th May. Will wait by and of the week and send a public enquiry. Also is there any estimate on how long they take to process a public enquiry? Thank you and good luck to everyone!

    It has updated to Sent to DOS. Thank you for your help. Do you know on average how long is left of this process until interview or what interview dates are for people who have just been approved this month? Seems Feb/March approvals interview is in July? Any info would be helpful. Thank you again.

    So Ours changed to Sent to DOS Friday but we still haven’t had anything through the mail. It does say to wait until May 23rd so we are waiting to get this in the mail. Can we submit inquiry for NVC number now anyway so just in case they get to it we can get it faster or is it best to wait? Also I had a look at timelines for people and seems the interviews for the UK London embassy seem to be all the way in July for those approved in Feb/March. Seems like a really long wait.

    Thank you appreciate all the help. Just to confirm as of right now it still says ‘approved’ and wait for approval notice and to contact USCIS if I don’t get it by 23rd May. By this date will the website update to “Case sent to DOS”? Or do I need to wait until I get this update and then wait a further 2 weeks, if that makes sense? Sorry just trying to understand correctly as we are doing it without a lawyer! Thank you

    They acknowledged 3 months ago of RFE being received but thankfully the notice is approved now. Waiting for the mail now. Thank you for all the support. Where are you based on your timeline? What do I need to expect and do next? Do I get interview soon?

    We have finally been approved as of yesterday! USCIS updated on website and they have told us to wait for the approval notice! Thank God, so so grateful. Thank you for being so supportive! Does anyone know what the next stages are and is there anything I can do to be prepared? Thank you!

    Okay wow that’s really informative. Thank you for typing that out and replying to me. It means a lot. God bless you Honestly it’s really frustrating like I can’t even begin to explain, long distance is difficult itself especially because we have an 8 hour time difference but the anticipation of not knowing what’s going on makes it so much worse. Do you think as they are processing cases from Dec/Jan that they will process the case in accordance from when they received the RFE in Feb rather than the NOA1 date which was July 2023? As in beginning to think it will be processed when they start to work on cases from Feb as that’s when they received the response to the RFE. Also I’m looking at getting a monthly subscription on the trackmyvisanow and do you recommend I get the ultimate tracker Pro or the ultimate tracker basic? Again thank you for your help. ❤️

    The NOA1 was received July 2023 Then in Jan 2024 they issue the RFE. We tried to reach out and they just tell us to ‘wait’ and I’ve seen everyone who got NOA1 in July, August and even December have had responses by now. Feeling so disheartened. Can I ask when did you receive your RFE and what was your NOA1 date and NOA2 date? Thank you for replying x

    I have just filled it out and matched to other timelines and seems everyone besides myself has had a NOA2 by now besides myself. Really getting upset because it seems everyone from July / August has had an outcome by now. Do you have any advise? Also thank you for replying

    I am new to this website so I am not really sure how to fill in the timeline through the system. Could you please tell me how I should do it? Thank you Also I do have a receipt number it was issued back in July 2023. 26th Jan 2024 was the RFE. We sent that and they acknowledged receipt of it on Feb 8th. I have read around and seems everyone from August to December 2023 has been approved but we are still waiting and starting to worry a lot.

    You guys on here seem to be really good at responding so thought I would reach out on here. I am becoming increasingly worried and concerned because we filled July 2023. Please see my timeline below as I don’t know what to do anymore. Applied for I-129F on 14th July 2023. January 26th 2024 - we received a letter requesting initial and additional evidence. February 8th 2024 USCIS received our response. 6th May 2024 - still waiting as nothing further from them.

    I applied for K1 July 2023 Received a request for initial and additional evidence in feb 2024 and responded to it in Feb 2024. USCIS confirmed evidence was received in Feb 2024. 5th May 2024- still waiting for a reponse. Anyone still waiting or in a similar situation to me? I’m just really starting to get stressed out now.

    Hi hope you are all doing well. I was reading through posts and can find anyone on a similar timeline to me. I’m really starting to get nervous because I’ve not heard back and it’s been over 60 days USCIS advise for respond to a RIFE. Applied for I-129F on 14th July 2023. January 26th 2024 - we received a letter requesting initial and additional evidence. February 8th 2024 USCIS received our response. 5th May 2024 - still waiting as nothing further from them. Anyone able to advise or offer any help please? Thank you and sorry for ranting but just become so nervous.
