Hello, I received a notification in the mail with my I-129F application and supporting documentation. It was rejected because a field was not filled in. Do I need fill out a completely new application or only need to fill in the missing field on the original application? Do I need to include a new letter of intent? Thanks

I agree. My original question was about the time it takes for the processing center to acknowledge that my form 129f was received. Thank you.

I will be sending the 129F and supporting documents via FedEx to USCIS 2501 South State Highway 121.Business Suite 400, Lewisville, TX 75067-8003. Can someone me if tell signature required can be done or not? 
I was told it would be rejected. 

Is it sent via UPS or certified mail?
