    Hi, the petition for the K1visa was forwarded to the embassy in Abu Dhabi. However, my fiancee lives in the Philippines for several years. 
    she had police clearance already. 
    We are trying to transfer the case to Manila but still waiting for a response.

      I’m trying to find out if my fiancee will qualify for the visa in Abu Dhabi since she lives in the Philippines but NVC forwarded the petition to Abu Dhabi.

      If she doesn’t live in AD then it makes far more sense to interview in the Philippines. It’ll probably be quite a bit quicker too.
