  1. Hi, the petition for the K1visa was forwarded to the embassy in Abu Dhabi. However, my fiancee lives in the Philippines for several years.
    she had police clearance already.
We are trying to transfer the case to Manila but still waiting for a response.

I’m trying to find out if my fiancee will qualify for the visa in Abu Dhabi since she lives in the Philippines but NVC forwarded the petition to Abu Dhabi.

If she doesn’t live in AD then it makes far more sense to interview in the Philippines. It’ll probably be quite a bit quicker too.

  2. The additional evidence required that I need to submit to prove I met my fiancée within the last 2 years. The flight itinerary and photos I provided is not enough. I need to submit evidence to demonstrate that I was there to meet my fiancée. The airlines company doesn’t keep previous boarding passes.
  3. Thank you. Last question on this topic. Is it common to receive a RFE for the form 129F?
  4. Is this on the website in my account profile? Thanks
  5. Hi, I received notification on the USCIS website that a request for additional evidence has been sent to me. What is the additional evidence they are looking for? Thanks
  6. Hello, I received a notification in the mail with my I-129F application and supporting documentation. It was rejected because a field was not filled in. Do I need fill out a completely new application or only need to fill in the missing field on the original application? Do I need to include a new letter of intent? Thanks
  7. I agree. My original question was about the time it takes for the processing center to acknowledge that my form 129f was received. Thank you.
  8. Yes. It’s not an IT issue. What I’m saying is that with today’s technology the time to process applications should be shorter. Thanks
  9. I work in IT. With today’s technology it should be much shorter.
  10. Yes. Thank you The length of time for waiting is crazy.
  11. Not yet. The form 129f was received by the processing center in Texas on Monday. Why does it take so long?
