    Hi guys, I saw that some of you mailed RFE. Was uploading it not an option? We received an RFE for a birth certificate and it’s allowing me to upload the document online. Should I still mail it to them ?

    It’s not accurate so don’t worry about the time. My husband’s was “your case is taking longer than expected” when he went in to take his oath. so it’s just a random number, it doesn’t reflect your actual case progress.

    They received their receipt yesterday and a biometric reuse letter as well. When we checked online it says interview waved as well.

    Hi guys, my in laws filed i130/i485 and it was received March 21st. On March 27th the checks were cashed but they still didn’t get a notification about a receipt number. So they went to USCIS website and spoke to an agent through Emma and verified a few information before they were provided their receipt number. hope this helps

    Hello! My in laws submitted I-130 on March 5th and I-485 was received March 21st at the Dallas office. On March 27th I-485 was under review but I-130 still says received.

    I refuse to believe that 😆 it’s been 3 weeks and it changed from 8 months to 7 and now 6

    We only filled the N400. The biometrics fee would’ve been paid the day of your appointment if biometrics were needed.

    I knew we won’t see any updates before August but I can’t help login everyday to check. 🫠 his green card removal of conditions is still processing.

    Hi everyone, my husband applied on 4/16 (3 year rule- Dallas TX) and biometrics were reused. It’s showing 7 months estimated time but I’m hoping it’s sooner. His coworker applied and got an interview 3 months later… I have hope. 😮‍💨
