  1. We just got our NOA2 online on 06/12 (dated 06/11). NOA2 official paper came a few days later dated 06/10. We are patiently waiting for the NVC step and embassy processing.
  2. In terms of K1 - I saw someone post a screen shot of their USCIS portal and they only had the “case received” (NOA1), any RFE back and forth and then the “petition approved” (NOA2). They don’t seem to be updating when the case is touched and like the previous post says, when they were they were not even that helpful.
  3. Posting this here because I was asking the same questions and found this on an old thread 🙂 https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/required-documents/ I know it doesn’t answer the wet/scanned signature question per se, but it is direct from the consulate. Since the I-134 is not “required” but is a suggested format then I believe a scanned signature should be fine. It also looks like the reaffirmation is only required in certain cases. Obviously follow any directives you receive in packet 3 as they may request it from individuals even though it is not a general requirement.
  4. Many banks will want to see the card, particularly in scenarios where credit/banking history is limited, information not matching the database, and cases requiring additional vetting. Local banks will have the stricter requirements, but some national banks may be more lenient as they are already international-friendly.
  5. Hi there, I've been lurking for a few months now gathering tips and tricks on the I-129F. My petition is currently sitting in the post office waiting to be delivered tomorrow. I was not aware that it was 6 months from the medical instead of 6 months from the actual visa issuance. What have you found is the best way to plan around this? My fiance has to give 3 months' notice at his job and will have to sort out a few things before making POE (like selling his car, which he can't do until after he serves his 3 months). He's from the UK so will be handling his portion in London Appreciate any insight!
