    Hello people! My husband legally adopted my daugther in Florida, we have a court order. Her SSN has her new name on it. But we CANNOT get for her US passport yet (only after 2 years since the adoption date). So we'll have to apply for I-751 (ROC) soon for her as well but I'm struggling a little bit to find out if we can apply for ROC with her new name without going through the I-90. Has anyone done this before? Specifically about legally adoption. Thank you!

    Sent: January 30th NOA1: February 2nd Biometrics: February 27st - same day changed to Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS No updates so far. GC + Work Permit (Orlando) Is there any sheet where we can check how many cases left for USCIS to process? I remember having one for the K1 Visa but Idk about AOS. Thanks!
