  1. Dante1970 started following Timeframe between marriage and filing 130/485 and Overstayed by 3 weeks due to my AOS package getting lost. Mailing a new one, do I need an I-130 now?

    Hey guys. How long after your wedding did you file the I-130 and I-485? Obviously we plan on completing the process as soon as possible, but I am just trying to figure out if there is an official post-marriage deadline for doing this. Thanks for your help.
