    Hello all! I am about to send off our form I-485 and I am double checking everything. I had a a question about part 6 where it asks about prior marriages. I am the petitioner and I have been married once before, but my beneficiary husband has never been married. Is this part asking for his prior marriages or mine?

    I just want to know what the process was like for same sex couples applying for the K1 Visa, particularly with fiancés in countries that don't allow Same Sex Marriage.
