I’ve got to go back to the embassy on Monday to pay my reciprocity fee as it wouldn’t let me print off an in courier receipt online. does anyone know what happens after that. Do they take my passport if not how long is it till they ask for that?? does this mean I’m getting somewhere?

i dont know if anyone can help so we went to the embassy 2 weeks ago my husbands l1a was approved and i was told that mine still needed to be procesed. I received an email yesterday telling me to pay the reciprocity fee and to log onto the website and download the in courier receipt. Ive loged on and there is nothing there its then telling em to create an applicant which obviously i have done all this already. I attempted to do this and then added my DS-160 onto the form and it says that number is already in use im not sure what to do or if im going wrong somewhere. But theres nothing on there about an incourier receipt and i cant see my name or anything. If anyone has had this issue or can help would be great thanks
