@OldUser Sorry for the confusion. I mean when the government officials try to verify my address, my apartment owner (leasing company) won't be able to do so since I am not added on the lease. That's what I am worried about.

I am a grad student on f1. I'm subleasing an apartment off-campus and I'm not listed on the lease. For immigration processes like the H1B visa application that require a history of address proof, what kind of documentation should I gather to avoid any complications?
